About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to work across multiple projects, building scalable web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.
In this role, you'll contribute to end-to-end development, from design and implementation to deployment and iteration. You'll leverage modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and AI tools to accelerate development and deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication skills and experience mentoring or collaborating with other developers are essential.
What You'll Do
- •Design, develop, and maintain full stack web and mobile applications across different projects
- •Work with stakeholders to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- •Collaborate closely with product owners to prioritize features and deliver business value
- •Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality, and innovation
- •Build and maintain APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces
- •Ensure applications are performant, maintainable, and reliable
- •Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- •Mentor other developers and help define best practices for coding and architecture
What We're Looking For
- •5+ years of professional software development experience (7+ preferred)
- •Strong experience with React (web) and/or React Native (mobile)
- •Experience with Python and relational or NoSQL databases
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- •Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
- •Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and working with product owners
- •Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- •Ability to work autonomously and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
